If you would like to order a platter, make sure you mention it to our friendly reservations team when booking in. Platters cannot be ordered less than 7 days prior to the event.

Unfortunately, LeMans is a non-BYO venue; however, you are permitted to bring in a cake to celebrate the big day! We can accommodate the cake in a fridge or freezer; although, due to limited spacing, please keep the cake no bigger than a large dinner plate.

No cakeage fee! Please ensure cakes are no bigger than a large dinner plate.

All catering is to be finalised one week prior to the event. This includes Kids catering, platters and anything else you may want to have on the day.

Most food can be ordered on the day; however, this is subject to wait times on the day. It is recommended that you pre-order food for a smoother day. 

All of our parties require a minimum of 8 guests (including the birthday child).

To secure a booking, we require an 8-person deposit. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the package selected; however, it will equate to the minimum charge

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable.

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the event. Providing at least 7 day’s notice is given, the deposit will transfer with the booking. Unfortunately, no compensation can be given for bookings that have not given 7 days’ notice.

For groups less than 8, our activities can be booked separately and food can be purchased on the day. We recommend pre-booking activities to avoid missing out.

It is much easier to reduce numbers than increase.

This depends on the activity.

For Go Karting, unfortunately, all guests must meet age and height requirements.

For other activities, please contact us on 8787 8741 to discuss with our friendly reservations team. They can advise on what would be most suitable.

Each activity has different capacities.

Go Karting
4-8 years old: 8 drivers in a race
8-12 years: 6 drivers in a race
12-17 years old: 15 drivers in a race

Laser
20 people in a mission (approx)

Mini Golf
5 people per hole

Virtual Reality
8 people per 30 mins game

If you have more people, it’s no problem! Your group will be split into even groups. Every group is different, typically the group will spend the rest of the party together (they’ll even be briefed together). Don’t worry about kids getting bored, it’s actually very entertaining watching your friends!

Each activity functions differently. Please refer to the exclusivity conditions for each activity below.

Go Karting
Exclusive hire for Go Karting! Some exceptions apply ie. if there’s someone who’s a little too young and is driving on a different track to the main party, they’ll be driving with other kids (it’s always fun to race against someone else). If you’re not sure, please ask your reservations consultant at the time of booking!

Lasertag
Exclusive hire for group sizes of 12 or more if booked at the time of booking. If numbers increase to 12, after booking we cannot guarantee exclusivity.

For group sizes less than 12 people, you could be competing against another intergalactic group!

Mini Golf
Each hole has only your group. Mini Golf is quite big so it is likely other groups will be playing ahead and behind of you.

Virtual Reality
No exclusivity for Virtual Reality. The capacity for the arena is 8 people, so if you want exclusivity, be sure to book multiples of 8.

If your guests are participating in Go Karting or Virtual Reality, please ensure they fill out the pre-registration link. This unique link can be found on your confirmation email. This is a waiver form which must be filled out prior to the event. Please ensure you distribute it to the guest’s parents to fill out. It can be very timely and stressful to complete on the day. To avoid this, your preparation would be greatly appreciated.

An 8-person deposit is required at the time of booking. Final numbers and the remaining balance is due one week prior to the event.

We require all kids under 18 to have a responsible parent or guardian present. The party organiser can be the responsible parent/guardian on the day if they are staying.

Guests’ parents are more than welcome to stay if they like; however, they don’t have to if the party organiser is there.

Depending on the package selected, you will either have a dedicated host or a staff member in the activity ie. Lasertag assisting with the event and organising catering ect. Our Kids Parties are designed to be stress-free and have very little parent/guardian responsibility on the day!

We know how hard partying organising can be!

In the event of no shows, we can provide a credit providing the minimum numbers are met. 

Yes! Tabs can be organised on the day for food and/or beverages (ie. coffee). To set-up a tab on the day, we require a credit/debit card and photo ID ie. Driver’s License.
