I have been coming here for well over 15 years.I was laughed at went questioned on there all important new safety video, felt like I was attending a work safety meeting! You couldn’t concentrate or take in what was shown or talked about due to the very serious and on edge environment. I had to ask the question “are we aloud to have fun?” That’s the last time I go to LeMans way too serious for what’s meant to be a fun family time… every instructor in the past has always been easy going and jovial sad reality I suppose…. the new world we now live in!After voicing my complaint I have received a call from management I’m pleased to say they do care and go the extra mile to turn things around I’m extremely satisfied with the response and I will be going back hopefully this time it will be a much better experience!rob D. ★★★★★ New go karts at the Lakeside track & new safety barriers & original go karts at the Penrite track with new safety barriers & shelters including seats next to both tracks also to watch from when raining.They have updated the Lazer tag arena & new Lazer packs also.Brand New Virtual Reality & 2 Mini Golf courses so you can continue & play to hole 18 now at Le Mans Entertainment.I do recommend to book in advance for any of the above sessions online.The two-hour super sessions recommended but must be booked online.Lazer tag was great to get back into it with lots of people playing at the same time with four bases to get & with four teams playing Lazer tag against each other & 20 players max.The staff at Le Mans Entertainment were excellent to help out if I needed anything including questions I had.I do recommend that Le Mans Entertainment get more bigger code lockers like the ones outside in the go karts area for inside & information how to use them also as people bags & stuff could not fit inside the small lockers & some had to use two of them & other people could not use them also during the super sessions as they were all full.I received my bday go-karts ride from Le Mans & use it before it expired in the third week in January 2025.I also purchased Lemans Arcadia game card in January for the games & played Daytona, pinball, basketball, claw game etc & game credits expire after 12 months of loading.I will be back for more two-hour super session for Lazer tag on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday Night.Thank you again Le Mans Entertainment.David B. ★★★★★ Jeremy is one of the greatest staff there he always goes above and beyond for the customers and always remembers your face next time you’re there!
